20 Pearls Foundation, Inc. functions as a non-profit service organization whose purpose is to support our community.  This foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious and/or scientific purposes.  The foundation shall provide scholarship/educational, cultural, and historical activities, community and health services, and other programs for all segments of the community.

NOTE:  Due to the numerous activities taking place this year as we celebrate our centennial anniversary, Lambda Omega will be not be sponsoring any fundraising activities. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you will continue to support us next year.

Sweet Sixteen Ball - Cotillion held in the late Summer of each year introducing young ladies into society.  At the time of the event, the young ladies are all sixteen years of age.  In the months prior to the ball, all of the young ladies participate in activities and workshops that focus on the following topics:  health & fitness, self-esteem, political action, finance & economics, community service, and etiquette. Charitable Donations

20 Pearls Foundation, Inc. gives tens of thousands of dollars each year to scholarship recipients, local charities, and major non-profit organizations to assist men, women, and children locally and abroad.   Not only does 20 Pearls Foundation, Inc. give monetary gifts, the foundation's members also give the gift of time.  Members have participated in numerous activities including walks for the March of Dimes and Relay for Life, career fairs, college tours, communities days, black heritage and cultural arts programs, and volunteered at senior citizen centers and elementary schools.
