Emerging Young Leaders - A Continued Success
Our third EYL Session was very successful. A sincere and huge thank you to Soror Mamye Bacote for taking time out of her very busy schedule to be our Public Speaking Presenter. The girls really enjoyed the presentation and responded well when giving reflections. Also Kudos to Soror Mary Tyner who presented two beautiful readings. Mary not only captivated the EYL girls but even some of the students working in the media center.
Thank you to Soror Josephine, Soror Gloria, and Soror Carolyn for the beautiful holiday bags they made for each girl. Also a thank you to Soror Sally Ann for revising and printing our student evaluation forms. We had a total of 14 Sorors to attend this session. Thank you for your continued support.
The girls were very excited with their new EYL Journals, pencils, and bookmarks. We are truly looking forward to an exciting and remaining 9 more sessions along with some field trips and cultural events. It's going to be a great journey with our Emerging Young Leaders in 2012!!.
