Community Empowerment Fair
On April 28, 2018, the Heritage High School gymnasium was the site for the 10th Annual Community Empowerment Fair. Approximately ninety exhibitors shared information to the participants. Record numbers of sorors, exhibitors, volunteers and participants were in attendance. Officer Tommy Norman, of Little Rock, AR, was there greeting and interacting with participants.
For the first time, sponsorship levels were offered for the fair. Several businesses and individuals participated. We would like to thank our sponsors:
Riverside Health System
Pink and Green
Anthem Healthkeepers Plus
Colonel (Ret) Delores G. Forrest
The GET UP Project
Newport News Branch of NAACP
Rice, Paige, Pandya and Gregg
Alicia Thornwell, Realtor with Christopher Jordan Real Estate

We appreciate everyone who helped to make the 10th Annual Community Empowerment Fair a tremendous success.
